How Long Does this Coverage Last? Spot Free offers a one-year limited warranty on the Spot Free water filter, clear pre-filter housing, and hoses from the date of purchase.

What will Spot Free do? Spot Free will repair the Spot Free Water Filter for the original purchaser.

How you get Service? Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-217-1546 for troubleshooting on your Spot Free Water Filter. Your situation may be resolved over the phone without returning the unit. If the unit needs to be inspected, we will issue a RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number). Then, return the unit with the RGA# on the box, freight prepaid. Spot Free will examine all claims for actual or implied defects in material or workmanship and reserves the right to repair or replace said parts.
